Online Returns
Thank you for shopping with Georgia Roots Boutique! Our Return Policy is listed below.
- Items can be returned for online store credit only. Per company policy, refunds will not be issued.
- Returns accepted for in-store credit within 7 business days. We are able to accept returns for online orders at our brick and mortar locations.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Any item purchased at a discounted price is FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes any Grab Bag, Deal of the Day, or sale items.
- Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and any original tags must still be attached. We recommend following the specific care instructions for each item found on the inside tag.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it's received at our location. If your return isn't processed within this time frame, please be prepared to provide tracking information showing confirmed delivery to our customer service team.
- To request an exchange, please make a note in the comment section of your return form. Because our amazing styles sell out fast, we cannot guarantee exchanges.
- To return an item purchased online, fill out the information on the return form inside your package. Please include the packing slip located on the backside of the shipping label on your original package.
- If you do not have the return form or the packing slip provided with your order, please include a note in your return with the following information:
- Your name
- Your email address (the one where you receive order updates)
- The order number (located on your account page)
- The SKU # or a description of the item and the reason for return

Store Returns
We are unable to issue returns and/or refunds on items due to size or monogram order errors made by the customer when placing the order. If your order has arrived with a legitimate defect please send us an email so we can replace, exchange or refund the item.
